Close one, on the one hand it was Punk Rock that led me to question things, and search for my own voice. Bands like Pennywise,Bad Religion,NOFX, there lyrics were like a roadmap for me in my early twenties. As i've grown, and matured I still enjoy my musical roots. I've also come to love country music, and like punk, the lyrics have given me hope, and inspiration during times of need.

I try. I asked my spiritual teacher how to have compassion for someone who gets on your nerves, or is constantly negative. She told me to change my focus.  To try and see the pure white light that we all have inside. By not reacting to negative personalities, but looking beyond them, to the core of humans we can love them. We may not love their personalty, and we dont have to, but we can love, and cherish the golden white light that is inside of them. that is inside of all of us.
